When is hypnotherapy useful?
Hypnotherapy is widely endorsed as a treatment for habit breaking, stress related issues and a range of long-term conditions, it has gained much popularity recently as a treatment for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) as well as for child birth and weight loss. Smoking Cessation, Weight loss, Stress & anxiety, Pain, Phobias and fears, confidence & Self esteem, exam nerves & interview nerves.
What to expect
During the initial consultation a fact sheet will be offered which will answer any questions you may have with regards to physical and psychological changes that occur when undergoing treatment whilst using hypnosis. Treatment plans are tailored and offered on an individual basis. All hypnosis scripts are bespoke and tailored to suit your way of experiencing the world around you this ensures that positive suggestion and change stays with you long after the sessions are finished. Treatment can last between 2 and 8 sessions dependant on the nature of the treatment.
